My career in hospitality and tourism began in 2007, and for nearly two decades, my work has always been centered around people, exceptional service, and creating meaningful experiences.
 

I have traveled extensively and lived in different countries and across different continents, but many years ago, I chose Mexico as my home. I moved to Mexico in 2012 and, after living in Playa del Carmen, Cancun, Tulum, and Mexico City, I eventually found my place in Los Cabos, which I have proudly called home for over four years.

As a licensed real estate professional, fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, and Turkish, I specialize in representing buyers from different parts of the world. My work goes far beyond simply finding a property. Having relocated internationally myself, I understand the excitement, questions, and challenges that come with moving to a new country. I help my clients not only find the right home or investment opportunity, but also navigate the relocation process and feel confident building a new life in Mexico.

When I'm not working in real estate, you'll usually find me enjoying everything Baja has to offer. I love hiking, ocean safaris, diving, working out at the gym, listening to music, and discovering new places. I am always excited to find a new local restaurant, try authentic food, visit local farms, or explore another hidden corner of Baja.

With years of real estate experience, I am passionate about strong buyer and seller representation, clear communication, and always protecting my clients' best interests throughout every transaction.
